Refund policy

Serial Treaters Return Policy (a.k.a. The No-Take-Backs Clause)

Because our macarons are fresh, handmade, and oh-so-deliciously perishable, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. Once they leave our hands and head your way, they’re yours to enjoy (or secretly stash away, we won’t judge).

But don’t worry, your happiness is baked into everything we do. If something isn’t right with your order (like it arrived damaged, you got the wrong goodies, or they weren’t up to our usual yum standards), let us know within 48 hours of receipt. Just send us an email with your order number and a photo or two, and we’ll make it right!

We can’t offer refunds or returns, but we’ll do our best to turn any uh-oh into a ta-da .
